The Beau Brummell (London)

Plans to visit the magical Winter Wonderland or to do some Christmas shopping in London this December? Be sure to pop into The Beau Brummell in the St James's area to put your feet up and enjoy a Tea Hot Toddy, made with our award-winning Tea Edition. Simply perfection.

Fancy giving it a go yourself?

You will need:
Syrup
Fresh Ginger (100g)
Honey (600ml)
Water (400ml)

35ml Masons Tea Edition
15ml Honey and Ginger syrup
100ml Hot water
Garnish – Lemon wedge

To Create:
First create the honey and ginger syrup. Combine hot water and honey then add shredded or grated ginger root. Leave overnight or pour into pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Let it cool; sieve then bottle it. Now onto the main serve… Take a mug and add the Tea Edition Gin and honey and ginger syrup. Next, top with hot water and mix well. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
