Regional Development Manager
Description

This role is responsible for delivering sales, visibility and educations across a defined geographical region which includes regional wholesalers and on trade outlets.

 

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for maximizing performance, driving executional excellence and building the capability of wholesalers selling the Masons portfolio

Strengthening the Masons portfolio by growing market share within a defined region

Working with local wholesalers to implement annual marketing plans

Delivering best-in-class execution, distribution, display and menu goals in on trade outlets

Effective reporting of weekly/monthly results and KPI’s

Deliver training sessions on the Masons portfolio with wholesalers, on trade outlets and consumers

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing in the drinks industry
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Pro-active can do attitude
  • Strong communication skills, internally and externally
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Clean driving licence
