Peppered Pear Split Personality Gin Cocktail

  • Sage
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 25ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 20ml Gomme
  • 5ml Absinthe
  • 35ml Peppered Pear
  • 10ml Xante Pear Brandy


  • Muddle 3 or 4 sage leaves in bottom of boston shaker (not too much)
  • Add all ingredients
  • Shake in boston shaker with plenty cubed ice
  • Double strain (hawthorne strainer through a fine strainer)
  • Into a collins glass full of ice, garnish with lime wedge & sage leaves
