The Charlie Chaplin cocktail is sweet and berry-rich, ideal for autumnal sipping, but features enough lime juice to add some balancing sharpness and astringency.
- 35ml Masons Slow Distilled Sloe Gin
- 25ml apricot brandy
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5ml sugar syrup
Add the gin, apricot brandy, lime juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Next strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of fresh apple.
