A fruity twist on the classic Tom Collins recipe, dating back to 1876. Add more depth to your drink by using Masons Steve’s Apple edition, which is complimented perfectly by the citrus.
- 50ml Masons Steve’s Apple Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- Chilled Soda Water
- First add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a highball glass and mix well. Then add plenty of ice and top with soda water and finish with a garnish of sliced apple.
