To enjoy our gins at their very best, serve in a chilled balloon copa glass over plenty of ice with a premium tonic or mixer and complementary garnish.

Lavender Edition

Lime peel is a great garnish when serving with premium tonic or ginger ale.

Or why not try Fentimans herbal tonic and a sprig of rosemary Expanding the portfolio.

The Original

Pair with premium tonic & garnish with orange peel or pink grapefruit & black pepper.

Alternatively, try with Fentimans rose lemonade, strawberries & cucumber or add Fever-tree’s aromatic tonic, cardamom pods and orange peel.

Tea Edition

We recommend serving with premium tonic, Fever-tree’s Elderflower tonic, Fentiman’s Bitter Lemonade.

A twist of lemon peel in the glass makes the perfect garnish.

Red Pepper & Basil Summer Spritz

50ml Masons Original Dry Gin
20ml lime juice
20ml House of Broughton Simple Natural Syrup
1/3 of a red pepper
4 Basil Leaves
1 Dash Celery Bitters

Step 1 – Add red pepper to cocktail shaker and muddle.
Step 2 – Add all other ingredients and shake well with ice.
Step 3 – Fine strain over cubed ice in a Masons balloon glass and top with 1/3 bottle of premium tonic.


50ml Masons Lavender Gin
20ml Lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
top 10ml Crème de Mure
crushed ice
blackberry garnish

Step 1 – Add Masons Lavender gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker and shake well
Step 2 – Strain into highball glass filled with crushed ice
Step 3 – Pour Crème de Mure into the centre of the drink
Step 4 – Garnish with 3 blackberries


50ml Masons Tea gin,
25ml Campari,
25ml sweet vermouth,
orange twist garnish

Step 1 – Fill a rocks glass with ice
Step 2 – Add Masons Tea gin, Campari and Vermouth and stir
Step 3 – Garnish with orange twist

G&T Martini

45ml Masons Original gin,
10ml Dry Vermouth,
10ml Tonic Syrup,
lemon peel garnish

Step 1 – Add all of the ingredients and ice into a chilled mixing glass
Step 2 – Stir
Step 3 – Strain into a chilled martini glass
Step 4 – Garnish with lemon peel

White Lady

45ml Masons Original Gin,
20ml Triple sec,
20ml Lemon juice,
10ml Sugar syrup,
1 Egg white,
lemon twist garnish

Step 1 – Add all the ingredients to a shaker & shake
Step 2 – Add ice and shake well
Step 3 – Strain into Martini glass
Step 4 – Garnish with lemon twist

Masons Cup

35ml Masons Original gin,
15ml Sweet vermouth,
25ml Pink grapefruit juice,
5ml Rose’s Lime Cordial,
125ml Ginger ale,
citrus fruit,
mint sprigs to garnish

Step 1 – Stir first 4 ingredients in glass that the drink will be served in.
Step 2 – Add a few ice cubes. Add some chunks of mixed citrus fruit. Add some more ice, and then some more chunks of mixed citrus fruit
Step 3 – Fill with ice almost to brim, and add the ginger ale. Add more ice cubes if necessary then add a few more chunks of citrus fruit and a couple of mint sprigs.
